Queensgate International School offers admission entry points in SEPTEMBER, JANUARY, APRIL, and JULY.

1. Gather Necessary Documents
- •Transcripts from your previous school
- •Passport bio-data page or national ID
- •Birth certificate and a recent passport-sized digital photo
2. Fill Out the Application Form
Visit our online application portal and complete the form with your personal and academic information. Ensure all fields are filled out accurately.

- •Email your completed application along with a copy of your gathered documents and scanned photos to admissions@ciccanada.ca
- •Alternatively, you can submit the application form through our website.
4. Pay the Application Fee
- •Payment of a non-refundable USD $200 application fee upon submission of your application. This payment can be made via E-TRANSFER to admissions@ciccanada.ca, or through the payment link that will be sent to you after submitting your application.
- •The application fee is processed through a secure payment gateway for your safety.
5. Application Review
- •Our admissions team will review your application and documents.
- •Additional information might be requested during this period.
6. Next Steps
- •If accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter via email with further instructions.
- •Complete your registration by paying the tuition fees and any other applicable charges as outlined in your acceptance letter.

Students who are registered must also be accompanied by an official transcript request or form from their previous institution(s). This document must include detailed grades, courses taken, and any relevant educational history. Ensure that all documents are translated into English if necessary and properly certified by the issuing institution.
